E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner (/e̜sˈtjaːkur/ /zlin/ [shiny] [electricity]) is a subtropical Town located in Muquīmana Zone, Segozatu Diocese, within the Covenent of Irus.

The name E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner was founded by Nadnts Palzic Phandroc, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). Overview

E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner was founded durring the late 15th century in fall of the year 1390, by Nadnts Palzic Phandroc. The establishment of E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner's construction back out of the project. Nadnts Palzic Phandroc pushed on reguardles, and E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow flagstone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Unfortuantly, these peasent-grade are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

There’s more than one leader in E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner, but at least some of them are at each other’s throats. It might be a conflict between formal leadership and informal authorities, or it could be a struggle among civil officials. Their interests might diverge sharply, or it could be a personal grudge that’s boiled over. Outside threats and internal problems are likely being ignored until the power struggle is resolved.

E̜styǟkur Zlin Ner's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by order, symmetry, formal design, grandiosity, and elaborate ornamentation. Architectural characteristics include balustrades, balconies, columns, cornices, pilasters, and triangular pediments. Stone exteriors are massive and grandiose in their symmetry; interiors are typically polished and lavishly decorated with sculptures, swags, medallions, flowers, and shields.
